Smyrna Yacht Club Dining

Char Grilled Chicken Cordon Bleu         $12

Chicken breast topped with smoked ham and Swiss cheese topped with a Dijon cream sauce

Salmon and Shrimp Manhattan               $20

Fresh Salmon filet with grilled shrimp, topped with a zesty Provencal sauce 

Steak Au Poive                                         $25

NY Strip lightly pepper corned and pan seared, finished with mushroom demiglace, heavy cream, and cognac

 

 

 

.     TABLESIDE DINING HAS RETURNED  Dinners for Two include Chateaubriand, Crown Rack of Lamb or Calypso Shrimp and for dessert, Bananas Foster or Cherries Jubilee. In order to have the freshest product possible we ask for a 24 hour advance reservation. Currently we are serving only one table per evening with this special dining experience.  Some limitations apply.
